Commercial Quality Manager
Hellen Kiilu is the Quality Lead for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer East and West Africa. She joined GSK Consumer Healthcare 6yrs ago as Quality Lead for East Africa before extending her responsibilities to cover West Africa in 2018.
As part of her role at GSK, Hellen is responsible for providing Quality Compliance and Governance Strategy, Continuous Improvement, managing Product Quality risks and also acts as an Audit champion.
Prior to GSK, Hellen worked for East Africa Breweries Ltd (a subsidiary of Diageo plc.) for over eight years in manufacturing. She has diverse training and experience in the areas of FMCG manufacturing, Quality Assurance & Lean Manufacturing.
Hellen’s training & career has given her exposure to countries in the East and West Africa countries and also the Indian Ocean Islands.
