Njenga Kamande

Njenga is the supply chain Lead for East & West Africa based in Nairobi with a team in Lagos.

As part of his role, Njenga oversees Supply chain & Logistics docket for West Africa GSK Plc, looking after Demand planning, Core commercial cycle Logistics & distribution. Working with Logistics service providers & various production sites to distribute GSK consumer range of products On time & in full [OTIF] .

He began his career in 2004 in Logistics in the UK with Morrisons & Supply chain management with Cadbury Kenya & Kraft Foods. Njenga also worked at British American tobacco [BAT] East & Central Africa Area [ECAA] & Coca Cola system in supply chain. Delivering an optimum supply strategy for the markets in Africa.

Njenga joined GSK in 2017 October & integrated the supply chain function across East & West Africa to deliver a supply chain strategy for East & west Africa. Njenga has wide knowledge on Logistics, supply planning, demand planning Logistics & NPI & projects

Njenga holds a BSC & MSC degree in supply chain management & other post graduate Leadership qualifications.
