Bosco Kirugi

Bosco Kirugi joined GSK Nigeria in December 2018 as Head of In-Country Shared Services – Finance, and was later appointed as Finance Director for GSK Pharmaceuticals and Senior Finance Director for GSK Consumer PLC in Nigeria in June 2019.

As part of his role at GSK, Bosco is responsible for the finance strategy and operations of GSK Pharmaceuticals and GSK Consumer PLC including financial reporting & compliance, commercial finance advisory and risk management services. He is also an executive member of the GSK Consumer PLC Board of Directors.

Prior to joining GSK Nigeria, Bosco worked as the Head of Finance and Acting Head of Commercial for GSK Myanmar and also worked for 4 years with Maersk Kenya Ltd. Over the past ten years he has held varied roles of increasing responsibility in GSK in different regions including East, Southern Africa and the Developing Countries region within Commercial and Finance functions.

Bosco holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance degree from the Kenyatta University, Kenya and a Certificate in Business Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
