Abass Sanni

Abass joined GSK as Medical representative in 2003. He held roles of increasing responsibility in commercial, operations and public health in the pharmaceutical and vaccines business with working experience in West and Southern Africa and at the GSK Vaccines headquarters in Belgium. He has led novel business growth initiatives in the organisation, and he is passionate about people development.

Abass was appointed Head of Vaccines and director in the pharmaceutical business in Nigeria in 2017.

As part of his role at GSK, Abass is responsible for management and operations of the Vaccines business in Nigeria.

Abass holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Lagos. He is also an alumnus of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Abass is a Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria.
