Alexandra Olukunle

Alex, started her career in GSK in 2012 as a Management Trainee where she rotated between Sales, Supply chain, Marketing and Procurement departments.
In 2013, Alex joined the HR department as the Talent, Learning and Organisational Development Officer. Over the years, she has handled increasing responsibilities including Talent/ learning Administration and Employee health benefits for the Nigeria Enterprise, HR Admin services for Ghana, end to end People Services for West/Central Africa and HR projects across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).
In her role, Alex partners with the business to effectively execute the country people plan, and drive the talent, leadership, culture, and capability agenda.
 
Alex holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Information Technology from Igbinedion University Okada. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (ACIPM).
